Marketing Director of Bali’s largest resort launches new purpose-driven marketing agency.

Inspired by a steadfast view of how the world should be, Lindsay Grace Kinniburgh recently launched Outsourced imagination - a new purpose-driven marketing agency centred around brand purpose marketing strategies.
The Glasgow born marketer is set to support small businesses and big brands on their journey to become kinder companies for a kinder world.
The new purpose-led marketing agency focuses on providing meaningful marketing strategies, creative campaigns, honest communications and progressive consultancy services.
Lindsay is a marketing veteran whose colourful career spans almost two decades. She’s worked for top-shelf brands from the UK and across South East Asia.
Beginning her career with one of London’s leading hospitality marketing firms, Lindsay is experienced in both client-side and agency marketing. Her professional experience has included Head of Marketing & PR for one of the UK’s most successful independently owned hotel groups and Director of Marketing & PR for the island of Bali’s largest five-star resort.
Lindsay was named ‘Marketing & Communications’ finalist in The Hotelier Awards Asia 2018, and in the same year became a pivotal member of the opening team responsible for launching the first five-star resort in the world-famous Komodo Islands.
In addition to her strong link (and love) for hospitality and tourism, Lindsay has curated marketing strategies for Europe’s market-leading government procurement service provider, and most recently, worked with one of Asia’s fastest-growing outdoor education specialists.
As Founder & CMO for Outsourced imagination, Lindsay is reframing traditional marketing to make purpose-led actions a top priority.
“Since COVID-19, the growing concern for the climate crisis and the Black Lives Matter movement, we’ve been propelled into a new world. Life has changed. Behaviours have changed. Businesses should change,” explains the dynamic Scot.
“Consumers are becoming increasingly conscious of their personal actions. More people are making purchase decisions based on a brand’s social and environmental impact. Personally, I believe this is a game-changing moment in our history.
We are entering a new era that presents an opportunity for businesses and brands to lean into a space of contribution - and it starts with brand purpose.”

In addition to helping companies navigate towards their North Star, Lindsay is using her company as a vehicle to do good.
Outsourced imagination supports the well-respected non-profit organisation, charity: water. Five per cent of every client invoice goes directly towards helping bring clean safe drinking water to millions of people in developing countries.
Through the new purpose-driven marketing agency, Lindsay is working to enable brands in every sector to be all they can be in this 'new normal'.
